You must register with our office and sign an Exclusive Buyer Agreement to be eligible for the cash back and must register Homes that Click with the each builder that you visit. If you forget to register with Homes that Click first- be sure to call us shortly after you register with the Builder Representive.
2. Please register Homes that Click at each builder's sales office visit when you first visit. Be
sure to tell the Builder Representative that Homes that Click Realtors
will be representing you during your home purchase if you don't have a
Homes that Click Buyer Agent with you when visiting the model homes.

3. Sign a sales contract ! Your Homes that Click buyer agent represents your interests! You've
visited the builder communities you like, and found the home of your
dreams. Your Homes that Click Buyer Agent will assist you in lot
selection, selecting upgrades, explaining your financing options, final
walk thru and more! If your Homes that Click Buyer Representative is
not with you when you sign a sales contract, make sure the Builder Sales
office faxes Homes that Click a copy for our records .
4. Close on your new home!! Close on the home!! Your rebate check from Homes that Click A will be mailed to you after closing.
