Request a coupon for as many Featured Builders as you would like to visit. Requesting a coupon is risk free and does not obligate you to purchase a new home. You must register with our office to be eligible for the cash back.
2. Bring the coupon to your FIRST sales office visit at participating builders* Be sure to tell the Builder Representative that Homes that Click Advantage will be representing you during your home purchase if you don't have a Homes that Click Advantage Buyer Agent with you when visiting the model homes. Print the Cash Back Coupon that we are going to send you and take it to the builder's sales office on your FIRST visit. This will identify you as a Homes that Click Advantage registered user and inform the builder that you learned about their homes from Homes that Click Advantage. Have the builder's representative sign and date the coupon. Keep a copy of the signed coupon for your records and be sure to notify Homes that Click Advantage of your visit. | |||||

3. Sign a sales contract ! Your Homes that Click buyer agent represents your interests! You've visited the builder communities you like, presented your coupon at each and found the home of your dreams. Your Homes that Click Buyer Agent will assist you in lot selection, selecting upgrades, explaining your financing options, final walk thru and more! If your Homes that Click Buyer Representative is not with you when you sign a sales contract, make sure the Builder Sales office faxes Homes that Click Advantage a copy for our records . 4. Close on your new home!! Close on the home for which you presented a Cash Back Coupon. Your rebate check from Homes that Click Advantage will be mailed to you within 10 to 15 business days after closing. |
